you mention per diem at $41/day. Is that 41 per truck or 41 each per driver as in 82 total per day for H/W team?

Very sorry for the late reply, I have been very buzy with tax returns its not 82 per day, it has to be done separately 41 per day each and then multiplied by 70 % and that is the individual deduction must be put on 2 separate SCH C's profit or loss (sole propreitors)
on line 24 and must write in DOT if mailing.
