Hi guys,
Last night I was at my part time job. I took on a Valet position to get out of the house. I talked to this guy who is a Freight broker and he also says he finds mineral rights for homeowners and negotiates a deal between them and the oil companies for the mineral rights. He told me the name of the profession but i can't remember what it was. I did a google search and the closest I can find is a landman.
I'm always trying to find ways to diversify my business. Knowing the energy market seems to be a good thing being in the freight industry. So i thought about looking into it.
Anybody know if a landman is what he does? or is it something different?
