Scales or Weigh Stations are usually a daily part of our lives. Somedays we are lucky and get a green light on our PrePass Transponder and on other days we get a red light and we must enter the scale. No need to fear though follow the signs.
Weigh Stations are all over the country and we have been through most of them. When traveling down the interstates and back roads our eyes are always watching for signs letting us know that a "Weight Station" is up ahead. The GPS will often let us know when we are approaching a scale. On some back road’s, the weigh station or scale can be in the median, the scale can be on the right side of the road, or can be in a rest area. There are always signs well in advance to warn of a scale up ahead.
