Canada Day.....July 1....falls on a Sunday this year.
MOST businesses will be closed on Monday July 2 in observence of CANADA DAY.
The border communities along the Niagara River....Lewiston, Niagara Falls NY and Buffalo in the USA and Niagara-On-The-Lake, Niagara Falls and Fort Erie in Canada used to call the July 1 - July 4 period FRIENDSHIP DAYS.
I hope that the Friendship still remains between our two countries.

Gawd I miss my Canadian beer!!! Have 7 bottles of XXX in fridge and guarding them. Of all the things American can do well. Wht not beer??*LOL*
