With what most call the worst roads in the country, the Republican controlled house and senate in Michigan, send a budget to the Republican Governor, without a plan to fix the roads!

This isn't a conservitive v liberal debate. Michigan has the 6th highest gas tax and not one penny goes to roads. What is wrong with that picture?
