This is 7 year old news. While the new truck in the above video maybe a little more aerodynamic, Walmart didn't come up with this truck idea like they claim.
Manitoulin Transport (and many moving companies) had been utilizing dromedary boxes for many many years.

It also didn't work out for Walmart or IFS either. Those trucks were glider kits based on a Mexico spec Argosy and contained non emission compliant engines. The configuration also required special permits that were quite expensive. It was a neat idea that unfortunately did not make it.

That looks like a long trailer. Is that rig 25 meters all in? I think that’s Canada’s max length.
