The Women in Trucking Association Inc. Facebook page is a learning tool for men and women

In the past year this page has exploded with users that are willing to share their knowledge of the trucking industry. The questions asked are all over the place from how to become an owner/operator to what happens if the reefer shuts off and the produce spoils. There are several admins that watch the page like a hawk as only trucking related questions are allowed.

There's supposed to be rate masters or some such discussion on leveraging and getting the best rates. I just have always hated facebook, twitter seems like people put their whole life out there for the world without one thought about it. Crazy.
