Gawd....here we go again with the birth certificate dilemma!!!
If you'd had read the Web page at the link you provided, you'd know that it was not, in fact, taken from Obama's school bio.
It comes from a literary agency - Acton & Dystel - and a promotional booklet published in 1991. Seems the editor got her facts a little mixed up, but no big deal since it happens all the time - especially with this particular individual named Barack Hussein Obama. She never does say where she got the birthplace info - just that it didn't come from him.

Read the last paragraph. It really is not a birth certificate issue, it's info thats all.
