I have a small fleet of OTR tractor trailers and my adult boys are considering the van business. Our first insurance quote came in at $1,300 a month which included $100,000 cargo. This is more than I pay for a semi and I have $250,000 on those.

Try to remember, the "van business" is quite different than general trucking.

It's quite a different world than trucking.....
