Illinois toll rates are going up for Trucks

On January 1, 2015, truck/trailer toll rates will increase to help rebuild, improve and expand the agency's 286-mile

system of toll roads to make travel easier and more efficient.

If you could only follow the money trail, you would see where it goes. One could look at the committee groups in charge of this and somewhere, there is a funneling of money for someones relative, or business being supported by this,,,but it most likely cannot be found, imho

$1 toll + 40% increase = $1.40

Next year
$1.40 toll + 10% increase =$1.54

Next year
$1.54 toll + 10% increase =$1.69

Nearly 70% increase in the end.
