Kind of funny his deal was how easy it was to purchase the gun although he never got to own it.

The question is, which one is the bigger hypocrite, the buyer or the seller? <wink, wink, nudge, nudge>

Yep. That is why I asked that question. Could be looked at a few different ways.

Or the bigger dummy.

Hey look! I'm filming in your store so I can tell everybody how easy it is to get one of these guns!!

Owner: Oh yea, we'll see about that.

I guess astronauts aren't quite on par with rocket scientists.

It SHOULD be easy to buy a gun, it is a CIVIL RIGHT to own and carry one after all. Geez, the very thought of having to prove your innocence to exercise a civil right SHOULD make every American throw up. The very idea is disgusting. Then again, so is the government.

It should be just as easy to buy and sell a gun as it is to buy and sell a fork. And what you want to do with that fork shouldn't matter to the seller.

Then again, under the "new" restrictions that Obama and Co. want for Kelly to buy that rifle and give it to the police would be illegal. That would be a straw sale. The shop has a responsibility to insure that no straw sales take place. :p

Unless your filming it in my fork store and talking trash! Then I'm gonna fork with ya just for S and Gs!
