I was just wondering how far in advance would one need to apply with the on-line applications? I should be losing my job around August sometime.Actually,I am excited about hoping to have the chance to be an owner operator.I know I would love this type of work.I would leave my job now if it wasnt for the severance pay.I just purchased a new 2004 Ford E-350 heavy duty cargo van and am looking forward to a new opportunity in life.I am having e-track installed,also,plywood to the floor,and a cage right behind the seats with a doorway.Would I need anything else?Also,would I need a hazmat licsense and if so,how would I get one.And,in a recruiters opinion,is it better to get mileage pay,or percentage?Thank you all for your time,
