Hot Water

Many of you folks that have cooking conveniences in your sleepers often prepare food in advance and freeze for later consumption. I'll share a little known secret with y'all. When you boil a pot of water and have some leftover, put it in the freezer and the next time you need boiling water for a cup-of-noodles or coffee, just defrost the previously boiled water.

Terry I just have to let you know you should start your own hints and tips!! I tried this, following your suggestion and my gosh I had amazing results. I believe though in the future I will have to keep the freezer space for food. Keep up the good work!

We did consult with the NASA and MIT food engineers they suggested freeze drying the boiling water then when you need some just reconstitute it with fresh boiling water.

In addition to Terry's time saver, the best space saver is the bladeless knife without a handle.:+
