Hillary Clinton E-mails Guilty HMM.

"Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information," FBI Director James Comey said, "our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case."

He went on to say that in order to bring charges that you would need to show "clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information."

So, it would seem that clearly intentionally and willfully setting up multiple unsecured and classified private email servers where classified email information is discussed and stored is not an intentional and willful mishandling of classified information, even though it is explicitly that very thing according to the Presidential Executive Order #19268 dated August 2, 1995 and signed by President Bill Clinton. The same Executive Order also mandates that someone who violates the protocols of access and handling of classified information is to lose their security clearance.

Hillary Clinton repeatedly said she at no time sent or received classified information through her email system. Comey said they found 110 emails in 52 email chains were classified at the time they were sent.

Comey said the FBI won't recommend charges to the Justice Department, because there was no intent, and then proceeded to lay out probable cause as to why charges should be brought.

Further, he said, "To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences." In other words, if it was some else other than Clinton, they absolutely would have been charged.

Are you :censoredsign:ing kidding me?

Watch what happens to her aides and others who were a part of these classified email conversations, and see if they lose their security clearances.

This was another travesty of justice yet again. How they compare this to Patreus an American hero who lost so much for so much less????

The fix was in long ago. Right about the time Obama said she would never be charged. That is why he had no problem campaigning with her today. Already knew the answer. But then there is this.

It's about time our next President was cleared of this, and can move on to continue the outstanding polices created by President Obama. You witch hunters need to give it up. Hillary is the most upstanding honest person to ever grace the political landscape. Oh No!, not AGAIN!

They may lose their security clearances, but they will reap the benefits of being loyal assistants/ accomplices to Hillary. They will be taken care of(monetarily in some form) for taking one for the team.

She's guilty and just like all the many other crimes through the years gets a pass on this one too. Everyone knew both ahead of time. No surprise at all.

Yep. When Obama said she wouldn't be charged over a year ago before they started reviewing the emails was the first clue.

Well, that didn't take long. Since Comey refused to take questions from reporters at his "Hillary Walks" press conference, the House Oversight Committee has some follow-up questions of their own. He'll be sitting there tomorrow.

Bill meets with Loretta. A few days later Hillary struts over to FBI Headquarters to give a voluntary interview. 3 days later it's announced that she won't be charged. 2 days later the FBI Director gets questioned by Oversight. That's Must See TV right there.

If we are to conclude, based on the facts found by the FBI and on Comey's detailed statements, that Hillary Clinton was not grossly negligent in dealing with classified information, we are left to conclude that Hillary Clinton is utterly clueless and surrounded herself with bootlickers and flunkies who are equally utterly clueless.

A person like that does not have the judgment to be President of the United States.

If you conclude Comey was a tad bit disenguous about her not being negligent, then the alternative is that she's quite intelligent and knew exactly what she was doing, and that she has taken Richard Nixon's assertion to the next level where it's not only NOT against the law when the president does it, but it's NOT against the law when SHE does it.

Same judgement.

And right on cue, Loretta Lynch announces the Clinton email case closes with no charges being filed against anyone within the scope of the investigation.

In a side note, maybe that will rip the phrase "career prosecutor" out of the lexicon. Sheesh I've never seen anyone try so hard to convince people that politics and political appointments played no role. It borders on classic over compensation.

Beyond reprehensible. The meeting with Bill must have went well. Smh.

What I found interesting was the FBI telling the Justice Department what it should do. I guess their "just the facts" approach didn't need no interpretation

The police do the investigating and then they make their recommendations to the prosecutor. That's all that happened here.
