Rookie Expediter
Hello. I am new here so a bit about me (It's All About ME,HaHaHa 
) I have been driving since 2005 _after 23 yrs in the military- and have driven Reefers, Dry Vans, Flatbeds OTR. I am now considering getting into the Owner Operator side of the transportation career field. I am especially looking into the expedited arena and would appreciate any advise. I am a solo driver wanting to get a 27" straight truck. Do not spend a lot of money while I am out and eat out of my truck 85-96% percent of the time. I take 10 hr breaks do not stop at casinos and take care of the trucks assigned to me. Have mechanical experience and like to stay out three to four weeks at a time. I live in Tucson, AZ and have all grown children and the wife is accustomed to me being away. Would it be difficult for me as a solo driver to take on this step into the straight truck expedited field?
