Heavy duty Roof racks anyone?

These are industrial roof racks and are a bit more heavy duty and
better looking than your typical racks. Does anyone get any use out
of them in expediting?

I use roof racks when I deliver freight to the Boundry Waters Canoe Area or Quetico Provincial Park. I usually get two loads a year going that way. I drive until the road ends. Then I load the freight into the canoes and paddle to the consignee. Never have a problem crossing the border into Ontario. No pars, no FAST no hassle. One does have to watch for "bears" though.

Naw, they are not a waste of money. Using my twice a year I figure I should start seeing a return on my investment in about 12 years. Besides if I ever roll my van into a lake or river I will float.
