Sorry in advance if there are other postings but I need some advice before I freeze to death :).

I have a single battery and 150amp alternator. 2, 12v cigar slot type power ports.

What is everyone doing for heat without idling?

I've seen some using generators. Do they get some sort of 30amp or 50amp RV type port installed to plug it into?

Those without generator are you using inverters? If so, what size? Modified or true sine wave?
