Blue Cross / Blue Shield or Cigna are two I've used. I tried to save money once and it cost. The salesman said my highest out of pocket expense would be $4000. He lied. They paid $3600 of a $27,000 bill after they got the hospital to write off $10,000. I got stuck for $13,000 in 2004. Some company I forgot the name of out of Tennessee.
