Been off site for couple of months, a while back Panther did not require an CDL C for cargo van but recently talking to a Cat driver they said they now do again. Question is what happen to ones sign up when they did not require it, Would be a shame to have them require it after the independent spent all that money for QC and traing time.

I feel quite sure if they did change policy, those that were under the original policy would be "grandfathered" in....thus having no issues with there lease.
