Getting Logo repaired/ replaced

Just noticed a tear from top to bottom on one of our Large logos on the cargo box. It almost looks like it's at a seam, but the tear is jagged. Also noticed larger air bubbles on the logo on both sides of truck. I know it doesn't affect revenue, but it looks like HE double toothpicks.

Anybody have any luck getting their new logo replaced / repaired ?

So, I'm assuming he had the same problem with satisfactory results from FXCC ?
