Frost laws

Does anyone know of a map that shows the streets/roads under frost law restrictions? I tried the Michigan .gov site, they have lists of them, if you click on the county, which is great if you're local, but doesn't help if you don't know where they are. [Aside: why do road signs also assume you know where "Main Street" is, when they warn of it's closure?!]
Load One is on one of them, [Inkster], so we have to enter from Northline, until the laws expire, but I'm concerned about getting to other places in the Detroit area as well. The signs aren't any help, they don't tell you you can't be on the road until after you've turned on to it, [natch!] when it's too late.
I'd like to avoid the frost restricted roads, and the expensive ticket, but how do I plan in advance?
