Front Receiver Hitch for Express Van

Does anyone know where I can purchase a Front Receiver Hitch for a 2003 and newer Chevy Express Van?

Every one I have found is for "Cutaway" chassis only and is 2 inches too wide..

Call Reese and see if they can recommend a place to install their cutaway front hitch.

The parts manual I have show the same bumper brackets and bumper between the two chassis which should mean it should fit.

Well, I tried to install the Cutaway model but it was wide. That is the only front receiver hitch I can find from all three major manufacturers.. It fits up to a 2002 Van and the 2003 Cutaway.

I'm thinking I will re-order it and have the local welder narrow it a bit...

I went to U-Haul for a front hitch for my 2010 Sprinter. They were able to find something in their inventory that worked perfectly. Try them.

I called U-Haul and they do in fact have a front receiver hitch for a 2003-2010 Express. Must get them to look it up, however. Some thought I was crazy for asking...
