One of the biggest issues are that schools are just considered to be an assembly line where knowledge is beat into the kids mind then they are moved down the line regardless of how well it was installed. My mother was a 5th grade teacher for 38 years and loved what she did but found the biggest issue is being able to have the freedom and time to customize the education experience for the kids that didn't have the ability to learn the same as others.

What a great video! It is so true, there are very few education programs for entrepreneurs. Not only do kids need to be taught to be entrepreneurs, but all Americans need to catch the entrepreneurial spirit again. I have been lucky enough to hook up with a business/leadership training system and it is the best thing I've ever done.
