Eaton Auto Shift Tranny

I have a spice 7 speed ..Lots of trouble...looking at the eaton auto shift for my next truck, any info?

also had my spicer replaced 20 days after warranty. they said
that they would still cover most of cost. I got $1200 out of a $5000
bill from them!! Not counting down time and exp. for my drivers.
I'd buy anything else but a SPICER!!!!
