At a weekend replay of the Lockridge report , even lockridge had a gust from
as i understood it , this Co. is Pre screening recruiters for Express 1 , Panther , and Celadon .

wages are lower and they pay on commission...employees are a liability these days....outside contractors bear the costs...

Nooo that is not what I said....the outside contractor gets paid by the # recruits they bring in ...
I remember Landstar had outside recruiting contractors I remember Randy Harris as one...then they got rid of them 2 or 3 years ago and brought it back in-house.
