Well I'm stumped. I have a 2000 international 4700 with a dt466 7.6. The problem im having is a lack of power at higher rpm and having a real hard time getting it up to speed between 45 and 69. The truck has a governor set at 75 but I can't even get it that fast.Things I've done...new hpop, new icp sensor, new fuel filter, new check valve at the end of fuel rail for the return line, checked fuel psi and have around 58, new engine wire harness, new injector o rings, new turbo, new injector harness, new yellow ball on top of rock catcher, cleaned rock catcher, checked turbo hoses for leaks, blew air in fuel line towards the tank, oil change. I replaced the engine about 5 years ago and it only has 125 k on it..
