Drivers with C & M, Painesville, Ohio

I would be interested in any comments from current or recent van drivers with C&M as to load frequency and rates, productive geographic areas, strength of customer base, deductions costs and what for, etc. The usual info an experienced driver wants before deciding to make a switch. Public comments are instructive, or you can PM me any details, good and bad. I've talked with their recruiting department and heard good things about them. I don't see that many vans on the road so haven't had the chance to speak with drivers to get their point of view. Thanks.

I have a buddy that currently drives for them and he could not be happier. he's been in the industry for a bit, and says it's been the best company he's driven for to date. I've been contemplating making a move there myself, still researching it out though.
