So I got a phone call from Jacksonville...

Still learning the difference between scanning with Express Waybill numbers or not checking the Express box.

There are several clues besides calling Jacksonville.

One is getting an trip advance and if you can get on online it is NOT a LEA load so do not check box when direct scanning.

If the load has two numbers and you have to get advance from agent it is a LEA load so check the box.

I will be glad when they get the computer system straightened out.

If you try and scan a sister co load (1 number) and check the express, it will let you go all the way to the end(leaving the second number blank) and then it won't let you click send!
I tried that too. I just scan as you described, and it has always worked out .

Direct Scan would ask me if it was ok to send with blank boxes and I would say yes.... I had no problem sending paperwork in the wrong way which is what prompted the call from Landstar to get me straightened out.
