I was listening to the radio today (Bloomberg AM station financial information and stock market updates)And they were talking about a bill, law, legislature, or regulation to be implemented in the future. They were talking about making the fuel refineries(sp) remove 98% of the sulfur in diesel fuel. I am not sure why. I did not hear all of the conversation so I could be off on some of this. But they did say "If it passes it could raise the cost of diesel .15 a gallon." They also said it would take 15 18 months for it to be decided on and for the refineries to start to do this aditional process.
