Diabetes is not a laughing matter. Far from it. My friend Mr.G has it. He could have been one of the guys in the pics..His left leg is cut off above the knee, his right ankle is being cut off a little at a time. He has a sore on his right leg that will not heal.
His problem, he did not eat right , plus he would not take his meds . I do not know why' Now he is just really wasting away,,,,it is a sad time..
