On a vacation, with friends. Drinking some suds , yes friends, no health foods this week, I'm blowing it out, all the wrong foods and loving it. No apple cider vinegar, old bad habits have crept in, lol. The sights are nice, the little brownskin cuties are here and its bikini land, well whats an old salt to do.
