I am a contractor for FedEx Custom Critical and will be looking for a driver to operate my van in the near future. I am interested in seeing if an operator would be willing to share contract language that they use as an agreement between themselves and their driver.

Here is a generic subcontractor agreement which was found in an internet search. Obviously you would need to revise to fit your needs and have your revised version reviewed by an attorney who is compensated for their legal advice. It may be a good start for you.
