I recently got a Cargo Van and was planning to do delivery and pick ups from a website that you join etc , and assign delivery etc.

So I believe I must have commercial insurance, I had two quedtions, The Insurancve companies ask about what's my business name etc. And what my loads are etc.

It could be almost anything the loads, and I don't own a business.

Any ideas about this, its proving more difficult than I had originally thought to get insurance.

Thanks in advance

Unless you are on the payroll of whoever supplies the load, you are the business.

You can create an LLC with a business name if you like, or you are merely the "sole proprietor" of the business.
