Not all the time does the company you work for put all their cards on the table. When I do a background check on a perspective client, I find out all I can about that company and those involved in the decision making for the company. I had a questionnaire drawn up for any company seeking my services. One of the more important questions on the questionnaire is --- Has the company you represent had any law suits filed against them in the last seven years. This also helps me interpret the individual reading the questions. The questionnaire was designed to indirectly coerce a reaction, from the person, and that it does! WELL!!! And also get the truth about the company. Small companies like mine are always being taken advantage of, when it comes to getting paid. If it’s a broker load, BEWARE! Get your money up front, or have them give you a CC number as a security deposit. (I’m not saying that all broker loads or the brokers are bad.)
