What certifications do I need to get on to the airport to pick up packages and other Goods and. How do I get that tape of certification

You do not need any credential to get to the customer pickup areas of the typical cargo terminals. If you need to get on a tarmac unescorted to meet a plane at the general aviation section of an airport or unescorted inside the gate at other cargo areas, you'll need to apply for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card. Google that for application instructions.

I got the TSA card. It's for picking up and screening the shipment and then take it to the air freight at the airport. This type of shipment called for TSA certified. My carrier always call me for this type of load.

For picking up at the airport, DL is good enough. I do quite a few of air freight loads, so TSA card is required.

I heard TWIC is most legit and widely accepted, like the VISA card. TSA is like the American Express card. Lol.....
