Can't create thread in Chrome

When I try to create a thread in Chrome the "similar threads" window pops up over this area and you can't type the message text.

Scroll down below the Similar Threads section. It's the box below that which is the message text area.

Yeah, except when it isn't. It's working now but when I posted that the very first thing below the similar was the 'tags' box. Must have been the aliens messing with it.
