Just watched the news this morning and there is a woman I believe in Indianapolis who actually tried to ship through the Post office a puppy in a cardboard box! Her plea to the judge was that the Post office didn't say what she could ship in the box so she mailed the puppy without food and or water with a 2 day priority mail sticker and the air holes taped over!
