I want to know if I -MUST- buy insurance from company? I got a quote from another agent and he was about $1,000 chaeper. Any advice?
I would say no. Since you are an independant business person, no one can force you into it. But I would read my contract with the carrier and see what it says. If it says you have to I would contact a lawyer and see if the carrier can enforce it. I would also contact OOIDA. This seems like it would be right up their alley
