I recently bought some Bisquick cheesy biscuit mix in the little pouch. You simply add 1/2 cup of water to the mix to make those wonderful cheesy biscuits.
I used the GT Xpress cooker and made three large biscuits but if you don't mind getting your hands in the mix, you could make normal size biscuits. They cook in about 8 minutes.
The mix is found in the section of the store where corn bread mix and muffin mixes are located.
Here is a picture of the cooker. Once the biscuits came out I fried eggs and we had a great Saturday morning breakfast!
