That is a cute video!
I was raised with German Shepards and they were like this. What they had they would gladly share and when we were tired they were more than willing to lay still so we could use them as a pillow. They were the best friends a kid could ask for and they were always willing to go with us anywhere and anytime.
They also often went to town and there was no need to lock the doors of the vehicle and if left at home we did not need to lock the doors.
When the time is right our next dog will be a German Shepard.
