Average van driver pay

Ok I've been thinking about putting a driver in my Sprinter. Since, I'm having problems with the company I'm working for.
So, I was wondering if someone could give me what an average van driver would make a year. I only worked for FDCC and I would like to show them more than one companies payroll. As I know some companies are paying Sprinter drivers more then just regular cargo vans. So, if anyone would be willing to help me out I would appreciate it.

It's hard to say what a driver would make . Check the free classifieds at this site to see what other owners are paying . The best way is to pay percentage with the driver paying for fuel . That eliminates excessive idling and off route traveling at your expense . I think it would take an exceptional driver to make a worthwhile profit for owner and driver . It's one thing to hitre a good team to run a C or D unit to make profit . A Sprinter running solo is something else . How much were you making running it yourself ? What was your net after all expenses ? A driver would have to settle for less than that .
