I have three of these in my storage shed from last year when furnace went out. One is the fireplace and the other two are the ones that have the air cleaner in them. They worked great on the house but would the inverter/APU be able to handle them in he truck?

I don't know if it would or not. I think most of these units are 1500w max which a strong inverter should handle fine but would drain the batteries in no time. It was more of a joke about fanciest sleeper. In some cases it might be a good option though I guess.
