Last night I called Panther and got the typical:"your position in the queue is two. Average waiting time in the queue is two..minutes and forty..seconds." .

I of course continued to hold. After about 7 minutes I heard this message: "we are unable to answer your call at this time. Press 1 if you would like to leave this number as a call back number. Press 2....."

Another day, another surprise.

You likely weren't under a load and calling during the third shift. Sometimes it dumps to that message if no one is in that relations department. If under load, it will go straight to dispatch.
