Stand up van, sprinters, straighttruck, big rigs, you can do this, non intimidating, go slow at first, do 10 minutes at first( recommended my opinion ) This is fun, no weights, no fancy clothes needed...............

The problem is finding places to walk that are NOT concrete etc. Malls and stores hurt and are VERY hard on knees. So are truck stop parking lots. Between the two, malls are better, they are a bit safer and, for the most part, don't stink.

Something to add to the walking/cardio is a simple little instrument called the ab wheel or ab roller. These are available at Wal-Mart or most any other store that carries exercise equipment. They take up very little space - about the same as a shoe box, especially good for the abs, also lower back and upper body/shoulders and can be used in the hotel room, back of the truck, anywhere there's six feet of space. One note of caution: not for you if you've got pre-existing shoulder or lower back problems.

An Air Climber is a good option. You need about 3 square feet in your cargo area. Very light weight, about 25 pounds and made of plastic. It's a plastic stepper that you press a button to fill with air. Surprisingly durable. You just step in place on it and there are different tension levels. It works in anything other than a regular cargo van. (height issue)
