$9.00 stove for banners.

Vans can be low on storage space and harder to carry cooking items in. I got this little gem on Amazon and the price included shipping! It is a Chinese knockoff of a brand of backpacking stove called the pocket rocket that sells for $39.99.

Just whipped up some ramen noodles to test it out. Boiled water fast. It has piezoelectric starter and adjustable flame.


Sadly it will not work with the cheaper Coleman tanks so fuel cost is a little higher but you can find it at about any outdoor store that carrys backpacking or camping supplies.

You could use any normal pot or pan but I did grab this item.


It isn't cheap about $64.00 but contains the pot with lid that has strainer holes. Two cups with sipper lids two folding sporks and two bowls. They also make a single version I think was about $44.00 at REI. When everything is packed away its super compact. Using the solo version the fuel canister would fit inside the pot.


Oh forgot it is made by a company called GSI.
This one is called the dualist and of course the single one the soloist.
