You should have it attached to a scan tool to see what the system is doing.

How long does a manual regeneration take? How often do you have to do a manual regen?

Manual regeneration take 15 to 20 min
And manual regen do every 200 miles near about.

You might have a burner problem. It should complete auto regens, manual regens shouldn't be happening all the time. What kind of conditions does this truck see? Does it have high idle time?

Do you know if the injectors have been replaced? If it hasn't had any, it might be time. Injector problems will exacerbate burner problems.

I am manual regeneration about every 100 miles of normal running about 60-65 mph but less if running at higher speeds I had burner updates less then 75,000 miles since nozzles replaced ignitors replaced was regenerating on auto but now manual the last two trips I manual regen and 2 hours later it auto regen on its own I'm getting P141F codes powertrain, MFG, Auxiliary Emissions Control, Fault:1F

There is another burner fault. Ironically, it should get maintenance every 75k. It may just need a cleaning this time around. The first step is to hook it up to a diagnostic tool to see what it's doing.
