2011 hino 268 p2049

Any info on this code would be great. It's a P2049 Reductant Injector Ckt High B1 Unit 1.and a P204F which I believeis due to the P2049 code. I just had it at the dealer approx a month ago for for a P141F & P204F. They replaced a sensor and refreshed ECM.

Not a Hino guy but usually P2049 is set because of a bad DEF injector. Could also be the wiring or less likely a PCM. DEF injectors require replacement quite frequently, they live a hard life.
