    loads

DAT is nearly useless for straight trucks. Sylectus on the other hand, is perfect for your truck. I don't see anything right on top of you, but there are some 1000+ mile runs with maybe 150 D/H right now. Just noticed this thread is from March. I'm sure you found a load by now, LOL.

    Diesel brothers busted!!!!

1: So... because YOU feel like it's "fine" and it's "not going to be driven enough to make a big difference", then that's OK. Subjective reasoning, according to you and nobody else. 2: Did YOU vote on OUR laws? You know those laws all come from the California Air Resources Board, a bunch of...

    Diesel brothers busted!!!!

I have two questions- Question the first: Are you ok with having no emissions standards for off-road vehicles? Question the second: Why does it make you glad?

Stay away Inland Kenworth in Albuquerque, NM

Broken dipstick. That truck should have been out of service until that problem was fixed. Period. The driver let it leave the shop with a broken dipstick, therefore the failure is the driver's fault. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using Tapatalk 2

Ok the Nissan delivery trucks are rolling out

I'm with you there. I usually roll with a single pallet or a bunch of loose cartons or a single machine part. Plenty of room to leave my bunk folded out in the standard length E350. fired at you from my Droideka

Why not use a trailer with a van or pick up?

My e350 super duty has a trans cooler, power steering cooler, and oil cooler in addition to the oversized radiator. Temperatures remain nominal in the worst of conditions. I've pulled a few trailers for certain customers.... for a while a had this account in California where I would deliver...

Sprinter van, I am so confused!

My $0.02: Why would anybody in the expediting business wait an undue amount of time for anything? Do we not, all of us, have cell phones and access to the internet? fired at you from my Droideka

Maintenance Costs For A 2004 Cargo Van

Mileage numbers look about the same as mine. I find if I have the time, and the willpower permitting, if I can run between 55-60mph, I can get up to 19mpg fully loaded.

    C/V's Dead?

I went from a Peterbilt to a cargo van. I don't regret it for a minute. I know what you mean though.... when I got out of the straight truck and stepped into the Pete, I felt like I was literally living in a palace. fired at you from my Droideka

    C/V's Dead?

Yeah.... what Blizzard said... nothing wrong with owning a Sprinter.... definitely more comfort for the driver. But the payments are bigger for sure. Maintenance is definitely more, weight capacity is less, many more cubic feet, better fuel mileage... Just don't let a recruiter tell you what...

    Cargo holders ?

The only reason I could think of to carry 10 bars in a 22 footer would be if you were hauling furniture.... in which case you would need about 5 sheets of plywood to go with it so you could double deck your box. fired at you from my Droideka
