    be carful be very carful, you will be living in this van I don't drive a van but from what ive seen and heard its tuff out there personally straight truck is the way to go most of the older van operators have paid there units off so they can make a dollar, just getting started is hard these days.

    they don't fire you but they make it hard to work for them with all the percentages its a hard company to work for I tried it for 3 1/2 yrs. and there policies got tough to handle along with the long hold times on the phone, and not getting back to you when you need them.

    as aeam we have been in tt and straight truck,we worked at Conway for a while averaged 5500 to 6000 miles a week drop and hook take home for a 10 month period was 1800.00 per driver per week we did 177000 miles in that 10 month time period did well but it was forced dispatch hatted it loved the $.
