m2 that I have wears tires on dr. side i've had 2 axel alignments didn't change anything had springs rebushed, air bag is a little crooked but I get about 200,000 out of that side 400,000 on the other,one of the worst trucks made by freightliner.

had the same prob. it all came from the fuse box over the years they go bad these trucks take a beating.prior to changing fuse box on fender under hood on my m2 I tried every thing on the truck.

that is for sure ,I put them on they are junk,weather on a tractor or trailer couldn't get more than 35000 out of set.

the actual lift gate is alum.other than the lift arms which are fine just the deck above and the steps, got to find a morgan dealer soon to repair that booger

the lift gate is fine its the metal deck and stairs that are going bad , rust

thanks got a used one got to get some metal replaced and the steps on the side,i guess ill call a lift gate comp in tampa or orland

my grandfather had a very similar unit for his f250 we used it for hauling a single horse to shows worked out pretty good.but that was 45 yrs ago.

had a problem 20 yrs ago like this changed the unit in dash and on the fire wall stopped the problem jus sayin.

bottom side is a sealed just a poor location at least I know I wont have any problems there for awhile it lasted 10 yrs ill oly hope for a couple more yrs anyway proly time to get rid if it getting to old for this crap anyway

switches for windows are on dash , this is all connected to moduels in this rare beauty,bulkhead mod,chassie head mod,pdm which is the power distribution moduel also known as the fuse box there are no relays just a few fuses that have been placed here and there over time by aa sleeper in texas...

Well after pulling fuse box and throwing it away and replaced with a new on the problem has been solved .

If your running for a dollar a mile your driving prices down,this whats wrong with the industry people pulling cheap freight im running a 138 miler for 400.00 I guess im jus lucky.

back again still cant find problem with ac but iv given up on it for now, passenger window worked fine this morning now it wont work at all I know greasyshrit had this problem before 2005 m2 106 any ideas will help thanks to all who may have an idea
